About us

A warm welcome, and a little help from Brixton

Welcome to The Horseshoe, Lavendon: a traditional village pub with a warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere and a little help from our four-legged team member, Brixton.

Run by us, Katie and Alex, alongside our much-loved pub dog Brixton, we’re passionate about bringing people together and keeping the heart of the village pub alive. With over 30 years of combined experience in hospitality, we love creating a place where everyone feels at home.

Muddy paws welcome

We’re proud to be a dog-friendly pub, welcoming muddy paws, wagging tails and their humans. We just ask our four-legged friends are kept on leads.

At The Horseshoe, it’s all about good company, great times and that familiar village pub feeling. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
