What this website collects

Only what you type into the private hire form: your name, how to reach you, and your plans. It is sent to us by email so we can reply, and is not kept on the website.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Its fonts are on our own server, so nobody else learns that you visited.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry email for as long as we need it to plan your event, and no longer than a year after it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
